When you post a listing, register a serial, add a shop, or join the community, we collect what you type into the form: contact email, rider handle, listing details, and serial numbers. We don't collect anything you don't hand us.
Your email is used to contact you about your own listings and reports, and (if you joined the grid) community updates. Serial numbers in the registry are used to check listings against theft reports. Emails are never shown publicly on listings and are never sold or shared with third parties.
Data is stored in Google Workspace infrastructure (Google Sheets via Google Apps Script) and the site is served by Cloudflare. Both providers may process standard server logs (IP address, user agent) per their own policies.
The site sets no tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics or ad pixels.
Want a listing, serial registration, or your account data removed? Email crew@eucexchange.com from the address you signed up with and it's gone within 7 days.
If this policy changes materially, the effective date above changes with it and grid members get an email.
