Shops and independent techs who work on EUCs — board-level repair, battery rebuilds, bearing swaps, shell work. Verified by the riders they've actually fixed wheels for.
03 // The Bench
Controllers, cells, tires, pedals, shells, suspension internals. The stuff that keeps wheels rolling — traded rider to rider.
04 // The Registry
Log your serial number before it matters. Report a theft and every listing on this platform gets checked against the registry — a hot wheel can't be sold here.
Registering mints a public Wheel ID (like EUC-4832032-D2) you can paste into any Facebook or Craigslist listing — buyers verify it at eucexchange.com/lookup.
05 // The Covenant
100% of profits from EUC Exchange go back to the community — grants, scholarships, and donations to charitable organizations, decided on and voted in by the riders themselves. Nobody profits off this platform. That means there's nothing to copy, nothing to fork, and no reason for a second one to exist. Consolidation is the point — one community, one floor, one registry.
Funding for rider projects — safety gear programs, group ride infrastructure, event support.
Getting new riders on wheels and into gear who couldn't otherwise afford the entry.
Charitable organizations nominated by the community, ratified by community vote.

Built for new riders and the parents behind them: an 8-module study guide, a 10-question exam graded on our servers, and a certificate with a public ID anyone can verify — same trust system as the wheel registry, pointed at riders. Videos are in production; the course works today.

Group rides, build logs, firmware talk, crash forensics, and the people who understand why you'd stand on a self-balancing wheel at 40 mph. This is the culture layer — the marketplace is just how we fund it.
